PLoS Reports

Where are my old reports?: Currently, PLoS Reports only has data from 12/2006 through the present. We are working on bringing in older data.
If I am a new user, can I get data for past time periods?: No. Report data is available from the date you set up an IP Range.
Are PLoS Reports Counter Compliant?: Yes.
A specific report I used to use is missing: We're working on making most of the previous reports available. Please let us know which reports are important to you so that we can set priorities correctly.
I think my reports are missing information. I'm seeing a discrepancy between these reports and my earlier reports.: Please contact us and let us know, with as much detail as possible, what you are seeing and what you think you should be seeing.
Can I receive an automated email with my reports?: We have not yet implemented an automated reporting feature
